Block 41 is one of the largest new master-planned community areas in Vaughan, planned under the City of Vaughan's Block 41 Secondary Plan (OPA 50). The community area spans roughly 428 hectares of North Vaughan, framed by Kirby Rd to the north, Weston Rd to the east, Teston Rd to the south and Pine Valley Dr to the west — a new neighbourhood of homes, parks, trails and schools taking shape between Woodbridge, Kleinburg and Maple.

Hill's enclave sits within the Block 41 community area in North Vaughan. The exact parcel has not been announced yet; the community area itself is framed by four well-known roads:
From Block 41, residents will be minutes from the shops and services of Woodbridge and Maple, with quick access to Hwy 400 and Hwy 427, Vaughan Mills, Canada's Wonderland and Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital.
